The book's annex summarizes how a new party gets on the ballot in every state, how its candidates qualify, and what it takes to keep ballot status. Each entry was drawn from public summaries of state election statutes - chiefly Ballotpedia's compendium - plus each state's own election office. Below are the primary links for all fifty states.
